The only thing you have to do here is to work hard. Go through the NCERTs thoroughly and start solving MCQs from a good Objective Book.

Here is the suggested plan, modify as per your need.
1. Get your basics right with NCERT for grade 11 and 12 for physics, chem and bio.
2. Take a mock test of medical entrance like AIPMT and check where you stand and how much more is required.
3. Join coaching to stay regular with your studies and you learn how to answer precisely.
4. Take lot of mock tests before exam.

Check in which countries the degree is recognised and apply for valid licencing otherwise it would be risky to practice.

Majority PharmD students choose to stay in academic field. Other jobs inlcude but not limited to clinical pharmacist, community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, government health care agencies and so on. Numerous jobs are available for graduates overall in the pharmaceutical industry. Hope this helps.
