It depends on the course in which the student is interested. DRK College of Engineering and Technology offers MTech, BTech, and MBA courses. Admission to the BTech and MBA courses at the college can be considered difficult as it is done based on the scores obtained in the TS EAMCET and TSICET exams, respectively. Admission to the MTech courses can be considered less difficult, as it is done based on the scores obtained in the previous qualification.

There are no hostel facilities available at the DRK College of Engineering and Technology. There is a well-working cafeteria in the college that provides healthy, hygienic, and delicious food. The cafeteria is spacious and well-designed. The canteen provides high quality food at reasonable prices.

Yes, DRK College of Engineering and Technology has a separate placement cell. The cell works actively in preparing students for jobs and internships. It also invites various companies to participate in the placement drives. The highest package offered at the college is INR 45 LPA, and the average package is around INR 5 LPA. More than 55% of the students get placed every year. Some top recruiting companies include Amazon, TCS, Deloitte, Cognizant, Wipro, Byju's, Bajaj Electronics, HP, and Qualcomm.

DRK the college of engineering and technology is one of the best choices for B.E. and B.Tech courses. Environment of college is good and placement cell is commendable. Infrastructure of the college is acceptable for the courses with required libraries and laboratories.

There are no hostel facilities available at the DRK College of Engineering and Technology. Students who need hostel facilities will have to stay outside in various hostels, PGs, or rented hostels. The monthly rent for these facilities starts from INR 4,600. Students may have to pay extra charges for food, electricity, etc.

DRK College of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.TechCandidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
MBA/PGDMCandidate must have passed Bachelor Degree (BA / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BCA / BE / B.Tech / B. Pharmacy / Any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages). Examinations of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examinations.
Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2003). No maximum age limit.
