According to the admission criteria of DU, you must have Maths as a subject in your class 12th. So, it is impossible to get admission in DU in order to pursue BA (Hons) Economics without Mathematics as a subject in class 12th.

Looking at all aspects of a college Ramanujan college, Delhi is better than the Symbiosis School of Economics in terms of Academic approach, Faculty available, Infrastructure of the campus, Social life and some more aspects as well. But if we look at the accommodation facilities and placements offered by the college, Symbiosis School of Economics has a better approach. But after looking at the most important aspect a student looks forward to is the fee structure, Symbiosis School of Economics offer the course Economics Honors with the fee range of 5 to 6 lacks for the total course, but on the other side Ramanujan College offers the sam

 you should go for IGNOU for distance course of M.A economics. In Delhi University, most of the courses are for regular students only. IGNOU is best for distance learning. Best of luck.
