MBA at Saintgits college of engineering costs around 4.2 lakhs. The fees can also be paid in installments. There are 4 semester wise installments by which the students will be able to pay the fee easily. The fees is moderately expensive. The meritorious students get various scholarship facilities and loan facilities so that they can get some relief from the fees. The fees may little bit vary according to the specialisation the student is choosing.

The Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE) in Madurai has a variety of courses with different fees:
- B.Tech: INR 82,000 for four years
- B.E.: INR 82,000 for four years
- B.Arch.: INR 56,650 for the first year
- M.E.: INR 50,000
- M.C.A.: INR 36,650 for three years
