Both the courses are good. If you want to be Doctor, I suggest you to go for BAMS. As you have not specified any particular field of Engineering, It is difficult to answer.

The fee against management quota seats is the most secret thing! You will have to negotiate with the management for this. It is understood that this fee is about five times the normal fees.
