Sure he can! First ask your son what he wants to do which stream he is interested in! There are many ways he can do everything! I am telling my case. During class 12th examination I gave JEE then got selected and gave advance and shortlisted in many colleges but I am not getting my choice of stream! I want to take CSE as my stream but the cutoff is too low I dint get the chance, so I opted for another colleges! So if your son is interested in aeronautics engineering he sure can give JEE during his 12th exams no issue in that! There are a very few scope in IT sector after intermediate in Biology only. You can do ITI or also do some Diploma course related to IT. But you will find it difficult to cope up as most course is related to math.

Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by the State Board of Technical Education, Ranchi, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). And cutoff is uploaded on the website.
