Hello Aman, firstly let me congratulate you for getting such a good rank in JEE Mains. I feel that you should get CSE in one of the NIT's definitely considering your status of rank. However the admissions are a very dynamic process and it all depends on how those placed above you give their choices. The fees of btec vary from college to college. Please specify the college to tell exact. But a good college fees for per semester is around 50000.

Yes, there are 50% seats reserved for the state board quota (filled by ACPC which is the admission committee for professional courses in Gujarat), and the remaining 50% seats will be filled directly through your score in the jee examination every year.
