Hacking is nothing, but writing software/ programs. Thus, you need to pursue course of information technology, where you can learn all this. You need to have that inner sense to be good in hacking.

Yes, you take B.Tech in CSE or IT. But, it is not enough. You have to pursue M.Tech or you can simply go to B.Sc field after completing 12th.

You can easily do CEH in India. There are no stringent qualification required for CEH, but generally a graduate with basic experience of IT is adequate.

Hello,
You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
You can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/ CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification courses, i

There it is advanced technology which is involved here which one can grasp with in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, different programming languages and computer networking including routing and switching. If you are truly interested in ethical hacking, you should first complete your B.Sc or B.Tech in computer science or in IT. Then go for any one of the following course:-
1. M.Tech (cyber security/ CS & information security)
2.M.Sc (cyber law and information security)
3. PGDIS
4. PGDCS
5. CCNA (Security)

After completing BE in CSE, if you pursue network security course i.e. CCNA security course, it will be beneficial for you as in system security/ network security domain, there is a huge possibility for placements.
The objective of ethical hacking and system security is same and likely to see the same coin in opposite surfaces.
