Hi Praveen, As long as you are pursuing your B.Com you should continue to work as Junior Sales Executive. After completion, you should opt for MBA. If you don't have any financial problem, then my advice would be that you should go for regular MBA rather than a distance one. Regular classroom programme is preferred over distance programme in the industry. Also ICICI and other major banks have their own MBA programme in banking and financial management. There is no problem if you leave within 6 months if you have a strong reason for that however it depends on your skill set as how you can convince the interview panel. If you are to take my advice, I would suggest you continue in the same organisation for atleast an year and try to learn as much as you can. In 6 months no one can learn everything and no one can expect you to perform either. Rest is upon you to decide.
