Recruitment depends upon colleges and their dedicated Placements cell, so it varies and majority of indian conglomerate, IT Companies, Indian Banks and MNCs regularly visit all campuses.

The expectations, providing all the facilities like AC, Wi-fi, book bank, internship etc. Here, all the teachers are well-qualified and are Ph.D. holders as well, some of them also have written books and some of them went to many workshops and conferences etc. Infrastructure is undoubtedly very good. But, the canteen facilities are average and hostel facilities are again average. The sports and cultural festivals here are celebrated very well. The placements are well beyond the expectations as most of the big companies came here recently. We have tie-ups with alibaba. Com, KPMG, E and Y etc. But, there is no trip entertained here, and

Choose the job profile in finance that you like:
Core finance job (investment banker, asset management, derivative analyst, risk management, actuary Law-taxation, market research Business analyst (like merger& acquisition) better to have 55-60% for correspondence finance profile as mMNCs demand often)
Financial product sales (insurance sales, mutual fund, demat account sales, broking sales, relationship manager, corporate credit officer) then match with the placed students profile then decide.

It totally depends on your interest and potential, Marketing is more for creative field and Finance is more analytical. So, choose accordingly which suits your skills.
