Hi Shaifali,
It totally depends on your interests. Event management requires a lot of creativity along with the physical labour as well, but with a keen interest in the field, you won't feel much burdened ever. On the other hand, other options of MBA from top B-School will also help you in flourishing and growing but then again, go where your interests fall. Explore yourself and try to stick to one field. You can do part time MBA in banking and finance, the thing you have to do is that find better colleges related to distance education, such as Lovely Professional University, Sikkim Manipal University, IFCAI etc. All the best.
