Yes, you are eligible for that. You have must have 50% percent in your degree and also you clear CAT or MAT exam.

You already have an MBA. Decide which route you want to follow, and accordingly check universities' websites.
Different countries and universities have different admission requirements. If you want to do another MBA, many universities may not allow that.
