It's on you, in which stream you want to go for. If you want a job early, then I suggest for MBA. If you have time, then go for CA. Both have same opportunities.

MBA in Finance is the best: it has much more opportunities then HR.

Frankly speaking, if you just want to pursue MBA then you can but during placements, there will be very few companies for which you will be eligible as you might be over qualified for the profile with the experience that you have. I would suggest you to try for IIMs, Xavier's, Symbiosis or Narsee Monjee. If not, then IBS, with the motto of pursing masters and not placements. As there will be very few companies coming which would require so much of work experience.

UBS Mumbai has been ranked as the Top 5 B-school in India in ROI (Times of India -2018). It is the only B-school Endorsed by 60 CEOs and run by Global Multi Billion Dollar CEOs. The Chairman Mr. Gurdip Anand is a career HR professional heading HR for Novartis, Blue Star, Burmah Shell. You will not get such amazing mentorship.

I would suggest you go for certification courses offered by coursera, eDx, Udemy and many more. These are international certifications and gives you an edge over others.

Roles thoughout the Finance domain are offered in the Institute, although highest number of recruiters are Top Banks (many multi national banks are onboard N.L. Dalmia). Also finance roles in corporates form major chunk.
