If you have done B.A. In maths or Economics, then MBA finance is good. In absence of both of these subjects, MBA finance would be very challenging. I would advice you to check out your interest areas and career aspirations & then decide what course you need to pursue.

Dear, It is not possible to pursue to Degree course study in regular mode simultaneously. B.Tech followed by BBA is possible after completion of B.Tech. But for doing MBA with specialisation in Finance, I think BBA is not required. By cracking management entrance test like CAT/MAT etc. After B.Tech, you can do your MBA with specialisation in Finance. In one word and without confusing you, I would like to tell you that if you take admission in BIBS, you don't have to worry about getting a job in a good company. MET is considered good for marketing and finance placements. However, it also depends on you and your performance during the interview. You can apply to all MET, Chetna and IES with 112 marks.
