None You can get admission easily since it is a 3rd tier institution. But, some minimum qualification such as 60% overall in the 12th board is must.

CGPA is CAT1 + CAT2 + Internals + ET. ET is the most important factor overall, whereas internals are employed to improve results. If the student performs well in CAT and ET, he or she can easily cross 9 CGPA by combining it with Internals.

Yes, you can join two programs of GU at the same time. But, there lies an obvious condition that the university only provides legal dual degree courses and the same student can't practice any illegal practices by enrolling in two different programs which are not guided under the Indian education ministry laws.
