No, JEE Mains score and percentile is not accepted by GCT Coimbatore. However, during the counselling process conducted by JoSAA, you can select the branch that you want to study in a government college other than this and according to counselling rounds results you will be allotted a seat.

I suggest you to go with VIT-Chennai ECE, as it's the top private institute if you can afford the fee. Else, my second choice is to go with SSN than other colleges.
