Dear Navanit,
To join ISRO you need to be Graduate engineer/Degree engineer.
After 10th you should pursue 12th in science stream with physics,chemistry,Mathematics as your subjects.
You should secure high percentage of marks in 12th.
Either You can completed your B Tech or BE in the streams like electronics, electrical, computer science or mechanical engineering. You need to have aggregate score of 60% and above throughout your career.

The only similarity is that both contain Quantitative aptitude and English but the level of GRE is as per the international standard so it might not give you the same practice. You may try some sample papers of ssc cgl and see.
