RPF Constable marks are calculated based on the number of right answers. Answers marked wrongly in the exam are also taken into consider. Selection is done based on the marks.

TNPSC Group 2 2024 notification was released online on June 20, 2024. It was released a week before the announced date. The last date to apply oline for the TNPSC Group 2 exam 2024 is July 19, 2024. The candidates should note that the applications will be filled online only.
The TNPSC Group 2 exam will be conducted offline on September 14, 2024.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is expected to release the TNPSC Group 2 notification 2024 online in May 2024. The Commission is expected to mention the TNPSC Group 2 exam dates in the official notification. The Commission is expected to conduct the TNPSC Group 2 exam 2024 in August 2024.
The Commission released the tentative exam dates in the official exam calendar. The Commission is expected to follow its tentatice exam calendar and release the TNPSC Group 2 notification in May 2024.

The Commission is not bound to conduct the TNPSC Group 2 exam every year. The exam is conducted as per the requirements of various departments. The Commission has recently released the exam calendar for 2023 and there is no mention of TNPSC Group 2 exam 2023 notification in it. It shows that the Commission will release the next TNPSC Group 2 notification in 2024 only and there will be no exam in 2023.
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission will conduct the TNPSC Group 2 exam in 2024. The official exam calendar notified the application and tentative exam dates.

RPF SI exam pattern is such that it comprises CBT 1, PET/PMT, Document Verification and Medical Exam. The CBT comprises three sections. The standard of questions is of graduation-level. Each question carries one mark and there is also negative marks. Candidates are required to obtain 35 per cent marks (30 per cent marks by SC and ST candidates) to qualify the CBT. Questions in the test are asked from General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. The test carries a total of 120 marks. PET is qualifying in nature and candidates are given different tasks.
