1) Know the exam pattern and exam syllabus really well and make your study schedule according to it.
2)Make both descriptive and short notes, especially on the difficult topics.
3) Practice previous year papers regularly.
4) Take mock tests, preferably the ones made officially available.
5) Keep yourself healthy and motivated.

You have to first clear the NDA exam. The NCC Certificate will prove to be useful as an additional point or edge in the SSB interview.

The age limit for NDA exam must be between 16.5 - 19.5 years. So, yes you are still eligible for it.

No, appearing student can not apply for UPSC ALC exam. One need to have specific education requirements like LL.B. M. B.A. MSW PG Diploma in labor law etc.

As per my information, a 23-year-old person cannot join NDA as the age group required for NDA Entrance is between 18-21. So, I think you are ineligible for this.

100 % internships are provided. Students get placed in army, airforce, and navy. Boys who prefer Army are sent to Indian Military Academy (IMA), airforce in Airforce Academy, navy in Naval Academy etc. The course after NDA is of 1 year in their respective academics.
