In case you find any discrepancies in the GSEB HSC admit card, you must report it urgently to your school authorities for correction. 

The school officials will get the details corrected and then issue you a new admit card for the exams. It is important to carry the GSEB HSC admit card on all exam days, otherwise you will not be allowed to write the exam.

No, you will not be allowed to write the GSEB HSC exam without the admit card. Students must carry the GSEB 12th hall ticket to appear for the GSEB 12th board exam.

GSEB board is strictly against the practise of using any unfair means during the examinations. The board is actively working to prevent and discourage any malpractice during board examinations every year. 

So, you are advised to go through the GSEB 12th syllabus and solve as many previous years question papers and sample papers to avoid cheating during the GSEB Class 12th board exams.

If a student is not able to attend a GSEB 12th board exam, he will be given zero marks in the subject. 

The student will have to appear for the GSEB HSC supplementary exam. Hence students are advised not to skip the board exam.

GSEB is expected to release the GSEB date sheet 2024 for Compartment exams in June. The Class 12 supplementary exams 2024 will be held in July and the results for the same will be out in August first week, tentatively.

Students must go through the points below to avoid the GSEB board exam-day hassles:

  • All communication devices like mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, headphones, pagers, fitness bands, cameras, etc., are barred from carrying to the examination hall.
  • Accessories like wallets, goggles, handbags, and purses are not to be carried.
  • Students must not forget to carry all the stationary items that are required to appear for the GSEB 12th board exams as sharing of stationary is not allowed
  • However, do not forget to carry your GSEB HSC admit card on all exam days
  • Students without the admit card will not be allowed to write their GSEB HSC board exams

The Education Ministry of India has announced that Boards will conduct Board exams twice a year from the academic session 2025-26. Students can take best of 2.  GSEB is yet to release any official notification in this regard.
