GSEB is expected to release the GSEB date sheet 2024 for Compartment exams in June. The Class 12 supplementary exams 2024 will be held in July and the results for the same will be out in August first week, tentatively.

Students must go through the points below to avoid the GSEB board exam-day hassles:
- All communication devices like mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, headphones, pagers, fitness bands, cameras, etc., are barred from carrying to the examination hall.
 - Accessories like wallets, goggles, handbags, and purses are not to be carried.
 - Students must not forget to carry all the stationary items that are required to appear for the GSEB 12th board exams as sharing of stationary is not allowed
 - However, do not forget to carry your GSEB HSC admit card on all exam days
 - Students without the admit card will not be allowed to write their GSEB HSC board exams

The Education Ministry of India has announced that Boards will conduct Board exams twice a year from the academic session 2025-26. Students can take best of 2. GSEB is yet to release any official notification in this regard.

For GSEB Class 12th, it is considered to be strict. However, it is said that the checking done by evaluators is linient in comparison to the checking done by them in Class 9, 11 in their schools.

Students should never paste money on answer sheets. Pasting money will be considered as academic misconduct or cheating. 
If a student is caught cheating during an exam, they could face serious consequences such as failing the exam, failing the entire course, or being expelled from school.

A score of 75 percent in the Gujarat Board of Secondary Education Higher Certificate (GSEB HSC) does not automatically grant admission to Marwad University's undergraduate program. Admission to B.Tech programs in Marwadi University largely depends on the candidate's performance in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) and their academic background. Although a high percentage in HSC is an advantage, it cannot replace the requirement of clearing the GUJCET cut-offs set by the university.
