IBPS PO Application Form

The handwritten declaration for IBPS PO is a document that candidates need to submit to confirm that the details provided by them in the online application form are true and valid. Following the Mains exam, candidates can print the IBPS PO application form. On the official website, there is a link to print the application form again. Candidates must input their registration number, roll number, password, and date of birth in order to reprint the application. During the interview, candidates must present the hardcopy of their application forms. The application form printable link will stay valid for the duration of the designated period. Until the selection process is finished, candidates should hold onto the printout of their application. Applicants must complete the online IBPS PO application form. The application form consists of multiple steps that applicants must properly finish.

IBPS PO application form needs to be filled online only. While filling the application form, candidates need to upload the scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. The specifications for uploading these documents are given below.

Signature

• The applicant has to sign on white paper with a black ink pen
• Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels
• The size of the file should be between 10 kb to 20 kb 

Left thumb impression

• The file should be in jpg/jpeg
• The dimension should be 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI
• The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
• The file size should be 20 kb to 50 kb

Handwritten declaration

• The handwritten declaration should be written on white paper with black ink.
• The file should be in jpg/jpeg
• The dimension should be in 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI 
• The file size should be 50 kb to 100 kb

Photograph

• Photograph must be a recent passport-style colour picture
• The preferred dimension should be 200 x 230 pixels
• Size of file should be between 20 kb to 50 kb 

IBPS PO handwritten declaration is a text which candidates need to write in their own handwriting. By uploading handwritten declaration candidates agree to the fact that the details provided in the application form are correct and valid. The hand written declaration has to be in the candidate's hand writing and in English only. If it is written by anybody else and uploaded or in any other language, the application will be considered as invalid. The handwritten declaration should not be written in Capital Letters. • Select the file by clicking on it
• Click the ‘Open/Upload’
• If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed
• Preview of the uploaded image will help to see the quality of the image. In case of unclear / smudged, the same may be re-uploaded to the expected clarity /quality

It is generally not advisable to provide false or misleading information on any official application form, including the IBPS PO application form. If the date of passing entered on the form is different from the real one, it could potentially be considered as providing false information and could lead to disqualification from the application process. Applicants must cross check the information before submitting their application forms. Candidates who are in their final year of graduation are not eligible to appear for the exam. Candidates need to submit proper document against their educational qualification at the time of the interview. The date of passing the eligibility examination is the date appearing on the mark-sheet or provisional certificate issued by University/Institute.
