There is no comparison with IIM. It gives you knowledge, best course module, excellent placement and mainly the name of IIM.
You can consider the below mentioned colleges:
1. Narsee Monjee.
2. ISB.
3. SP Jain, etc.

2. You can enroll with any coaching institute for GD/PI program.
3. You should also have a track of past major events, along with developing a habit of speaking on abstract topics.
