IIM is the best.

It can matter to a certain extent, but more weightage is given to your CAT score, graduation and class 12th percentage plus, how you face the GD.

From my point of view, IIM is better but you should also contact the college for last year campus placement.

You need to score at least 50% in graduation, only then you can appear for CAT exam.

You can take admission in IIM or Symbiosis University for MBA but you have to get very good rank in CAT to get admission. There is no problem weather you are doing your graduation from regular or correspondence.

Yes, you can pursue MBA after B.Com. Now a days, many graduates prefer MBA and if you get IIM, then there is no doubt that you will easily get a job.

Please explain how did you score good in IIM ?
It is okay not to have any work experience. 30% of the MBA students are freshers and at par with other students.

To seek admission in IIMs you need to do the following:
1. Score 50% and more marks at your graduation examination
2. Appear for common admission test CAT & score more that 95 percentile
3. If you get a call from IIMs, then appear for PI (personal interview) & clear it
4. On successful completion of above steps you will get admission in IIMs.
