KL College of Science and Humanities offers two-year MCA programme spread across four semesters. The college offers MCA in three specialisations:

Candidates must meet the prerequisites in order to be admitted to the three-year BCA or BCA Industry Integrated program. Applicants for this course may be those who have passed Class 12 in any Science or commerce stream with mathematics as one of the core topics. Merit-based admissions govern GEU's BCA program. A candidate's eligibility is determined by how well they performed on the prior qualifying exam. When determining their ultimate admission, their Class 12 merit score will be taken into account.

Per year a total of 60 seats are available for BCA at Future institute of management studies. Reservation may be available.
