INR 5 Lacs is the total tuition fee for BCA, as per an unofficial source. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. Admission to BCA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The university also accepts CUET UG score for providing admission to BCA course. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.

The University has concluded its placements for the batch passed out in 2023. As per the latest report, 423 recruiters participated and offered various job roles to students across sectors, such as E-Commerce, BFSI, Consulting, Research, etc. Of all the total recruiters who participated in the placement process 2023, 266 were new and 157 were repeated recruiters. DIT Dehradun MCA placement report is not released. However, School of Computing placement report 2024 is released. As per the report, the highest package offered was 44 LPA whereas the mean package was 6.26 LPA.

To get admission to BCA course at PIMR (Deemed to be University) UG Campus, candidates must pass Class 12 as per the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Admission to BCA course is given as per the merit scores obtained in the final examination of Class 12. Candidates must fill an online application form on the official website of PIMR along with paying an application fee of INR 1,000. Further, seats are allocated through a common counselling process.

A pass in BCA or Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering or BSc/ BA/ BCom with Mathematics at Class 12 or graduation level with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for Karnataka belonging to SC/ ST and Category-1) is required to apply for the MCA course. Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility requirements and submit their proof of eligibility during the document verification round. Any candidate found ineligible during the verification process, will not be given admission.

Yes, the institute accepts Karnataka PGCET for admission through PGCET Quota. However, for admission through Management Quota, candidates can qualify KMAT or Karnataka PGCET. For the MCA course, 50% of the total student intake will be filled through Karnataka PGCET and the rest 50% is filled through KMAT/ Karnataka PGCET (Management Quota). Admissions to PG Management Category will be through first come first serve basis provided the student meets the minimum eligibility criteria mentioned in the website.

The cutoff for B.Sc. Information Technology at Jai Hind College was 92 in the year 2023, in 2022 it was 70.07 and in the year 2022 it was 79.17 in the year 2021 for General Category and 80 for the rest of the categories in the year 2023. The eligibility criteria for this is a person must have passed class 12 examination with 45% aggregate from recognised boards such as CBSE, ISC, Maharashtra HSC or any other state boards. They should have selected Mathematics and Statistics as one of their subjects.

Yes, there is a chance for you to be enrolled in B.Sc. IT at Jai Hind College with 55% marks in Maharashtra HSC. The eligibility criteria for this course is one must have scored 45% in the Maharashtra HSC, CBSE, or ISC examination in class 12, with Mathematics and Statistics as one of its subjects. However, one can also be enrolled in the course if one has done Diploma or post Diploma in IT from a recognised board, in this situation a person will be eligible for admission directly in 2nd year of the degree program.
