Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) offers a three-year BCA programme at its campus. However, there are more than 70 affiliated colleges of MAKAUT that also offer BCA programmes to students. For NIELIT Gorakhpur M.Tech Admissions, applications are accepted from GATE and non-GATE-qualified applicants. According to valid GATE Scores, a merit list is created for GATE candidates, and those on the list are given direct admission. The total tuition fee for BCA is INR 4.80 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. Admission to BCA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The university also accepts CUET UG score for providing admission to BCA course. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.

One must pass Class 12 with Maths/ Computer Science/ Information Practice/ Computer Applications/ Multimedia & Web Technology/ Data Management/ Application/ Web Application (provision of a bridge course in Maths available for non-Maths background applicants) to apply for the BCA course. Candidates passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to BCA course. Additionally, admission to BCA is based on merit in the last qualifying exam or CUET UG score. As soon as the selection rounds are over, candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. The total tuition fee for BCA is INR 4.
