No, once your NIMCET exam centre is allotted and the admit card is issued, you cannot change the centre. The allotted location is final, even if it's outside your initial preferences. If you have urgent concerns, reach out to the NIMCET helpline, but generally, no changes are permitted after admit card release.

Although Karnataka PGCET is the primary exam through which most of the best and government-aided colleges of MCA are generally taken, few privately-owned universities and colleges provide direct entry or accept the scores of other national entrance tests such as the KMAT (Karnataka Management Aptitude Test). Due to the merit of your Bachelor? s degree you may enter in direct admission or you may enter in through a management quota which may entail additional amounts of fees. Colleges such as Christ University and even other privately run colleges in Bangalore may possess their process of admission that may not wholly base on PGCET. Mak

Yes, students from the humanities stream can pursue a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) degree but generally is an option for students who have completed their 12th grade in the Commerce stream. You can choose Jain University which gives strong academic reputation, diverse range of programs, focus on holistic development, and vibrant campus life and they accept students  who have studied humanities in their 12th standard.

Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE) is very popular as a good MCA college in Pimpri Chinchwad locality. It is NAAC "A" rated and independent, having a robust MCA programme and with a good placement as well as well versed faculty. Other good quality ones are Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Management and Research (DYPIMR) and Indira College of Engineering & Management (ICEM) with recognised MCA course and with the industry relations. These colleges are mainly requested with the help of MAH MCA CET exam.

In order to facilitate the students knowledge and future job-opportunity prospects, ELIMS College of Arts and Science has the provision of a few add-on courses along with their BCA program. These are specialisation in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Cyber Security (which also includes Ethical Hacking and Cloud Computing). Such electives equip students with advanced dexterity in IT areas with shortages in skills that the rest of the BCA program does not offer, better positioning them to start working in the industry as soon as they graduate.

The situation is different with lateral entry (direct second year) into the Information Technology (IT) engineering course at Prof. Ram Meghe College of Engineering and Management (PRMCEM) Badnera where special cutoffs may not be easily published in form of percentiles or ranks as is the case with first-year admissions. The admission is normally to the merit list in the qualifying Diploma in Engineering (IT or related field) or B.Sc degree (with Mathematics) with a minimum of 45 per cent marks (40 per cent to the reserved category). This is because some general MHT-CET and JEE Main first year cut offs in IT engineering may be viewed as

If you have already submitted the online admission form for MCA, then your next steps will depend on whether the university yo  are applying to follows an entrance-based or merit-based admission process. First check for entrance exam detail if it is required to get into the college and if it is not required then it will be based on the merit.
