Eligibility criteria for MBBS in Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak

Age: The candidate must be above 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of the admission year.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.
Minimum Marks: Minimum aggregate is 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for general candidates. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, 40% aggregate marks.
Entrance Test: It is through the NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).

Programs of M.Sc. are offered by the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences in specific fields of healthcare including Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). For MBBS at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Patna , one must have minimum 60% aggregate in English and PCMB. Physics, Chemistry and Biology are compulsary. This will make them qualify for NEET exam. After that they should secure a required rank to get through.

The Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) in Lucknow has unique eligibility criteria for M.Sc programs. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of Science with at least 60% marks from a recognised university .

GATE exam is also mandatory to be given for Msc exam at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow.
