Yoga therapy is mainly the use of yogic practices to provide psychological, spiritual, and physiological healing. Naturopathy is a Science of healthy living. The programme is spread across six semesters and lasts for three years. The course curriculum includes training, camping, actual practice of Yoga, etc.
