Various external bodies have evaluated the university highly in terms of placements. For the seventh year in a row, Aspiring Minds has awarded LPU the National Employability Award 2020 for having the Most Employable Students and being one of India's top schools and universities with one of the highest Employability rates. Students have a plethora of options for acquiring industry-based credentials. The curriculum of the course combines academic and practical study components. For all streams and programmes, LPU provides an excellent platform for placement. LPU has a distinct department that deals with job placement. Aside from that, each school has a placement coordinator who is in charge of not only bringing employers to campus but also preparing students for placements by providing them with appropriate training. Student placements in corporations have a good track record. Some Mittal School of Business commerce graduates is employed by firms such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndusInd Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, KPMG, Earnest & Young, and many others in important roles. B.Sc (Economics) or Bachelor of Science in Economics is an Under-Graduate Economics course. Economics is a social science that analyzes the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. Current economic models emerged from the broader field of political economy. My cousin is doing B.Com from LPU, as per his experience, I can share my highlights of this course at LPU.
According to the recent NIRF ranking, 2021 LPU is ranked 62nd among all Govt and Private universities in India.
The curriculum of B.Com Hons is the advanced curriculum. Under the guidance of Industry mentors who are Top Executives, students will be exposed to the way business is practiced today through Live Industry Projects. In addition to this, the field industry visits will also be organized. The Seed Money will be provided in order to motivate, train and facilitate the students for Entrepreneurship and Research activities.
