Considering about the B.Tech course at both institutes:
Jayawant Institute Of Management Studies has courses offered in the category of management only like MBA, MCA. So, the B.Tech course is not available there.
JSPM Narhe has various B.Tech courses specilization like Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering and management courses like MBA.
So if you want to study B.Tech choose JSPM Narhe undoubtedly.

Yes, its obvious that JSPM, Narhe College offers better placements than Jayawant Institute Of Management Studies because it offers more courses than Jayawant college like B-TECH, M-TECH, etc. Also because of which the companies visiting the campus are more in number which is also reflected through the average and the highest package of the college data.

JSPM narhe and Jayawant Institute of Management Studies both are decent colleges. It is hard to determine which one is better as the college fees depends on the course and whether you secure a scholarship or not. However more then the fees a student must look at the faculty, infrastructure, and placement opportunities in a college. If the placement is good, then it would be easier to get good ROI .
