Pass class is good enough for taking admission in B.Sc.
If I am talking about my self, I got only 49 % in my 12th sci. exam. but I got admission in B.Sc. easily.
Now the main thing is the city of your interest. If the city is very well known in term of academics, then the merit list will stop higher above 60%, and it is also affects that from which group (maths or biology) you have cleared your 12th sci. exam. Hence, it concludes that there is no fix percentage limit for taking admission in B.Sc. It may vary with region or city also.
