Students who have passed their 2nd PUC can take a re-exam, but it depends on the institution's policies and exam requirements. Check with the specific institution or exam authority for their re-exam policies and eligibility criteria.

The Karnataka 2 and PUC exam is a state level board examination conducted at Class 12 level. Hence, other Indian State Board Class 12 exams, like the Maharashtra HSC, Tamil Nadu HSC, and Kerala plus Two are most closely related given that they have the same aim of testing students at the end of their study in the higher secondary level in their respective states. Also, the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam is very similar because it has syllabus of core subjects (usually NCERT based) and this examination is taken in the country level as the final school level examination and so, it is also a close comparison.

No, its not that bad. For pursuing a career in yoga instruction 74 % is sufficient because there is no criteria of marking or we must say they accept students with minimum of 50% in their 12th board exam.
