Hello,Normally speaking classes should begin in the month of August. However if the counselling gets delayed by whatever reason then beginning of session could also get delayed. I hope you are talking of Kalinga Institute of Nursing in Bhuvaneshwar. This institute has just about 60 seats. Moreover almost 50 percent would be under reserved category.
