Since you got 38% in your XII then you are bound to pursue your degree from IGNOU only. The IGNOU is not the best but still it will help you to a greater extent. You just have to appear for the final exam and you have to make peojects also and side by side you can also start your buisness.

Also after completing BCA Programme, a student should be able to get entry level job in the field of Information Technology or ITES.
