Yes, Lakshya Institute of Technology does have a fee refund policy. Before the start of the course: Full refund of the tuition fee is provided but transaction charges would be applied. Refund is not possible after the start of the course. So, you are eligible to ask for fee refund before the start date of the course you have opted.
