CLAT cut offs are not announced along with the CLAT result. The cut offs also not released publicaly. They are known after a few days of result announcement when the NLUs and other colleges start their shortlisting process. The NLUs will open shortlist window basis the CLAT cut offs two to three days after the result announcement. Only those candidates who will meet the CLAT 2025 Cutoff will be allowed to sit in the counselling process.

Admission to the LLM programme is done on a merit basis. Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in bachelor’s degree.

For PhD programme in Law, selection to this institute takes place based on a Written Test conducted by NMIMS followed by an interview. Candidates who’ve qualified UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ MPhil are allowed to not appear for the NMIMS Written Test.

To get admission to the BA LLB programme offered by RGU the age limit is 20 years of age for the General category & 22 years of age for SC/ ST/ OBC /Non-Creamy Layer.

It is not compulsory for candidates willing to get admission to this University to have a valid score in any entrance exam for BBA LLB. However, those with a valid CLAT or LSAT score are given due weightage during admission.
