AILET admit card is useful for two events i.e. at the time of the exam, and at the time of counselling. Therefore, once downloaded, candidates must retain the admit card with them till the AILET admission process is over or they secure a seat in a college of their choice.  The admit card is a mandatory document that one must not forget to carry to the exam center on the day of exam. Candidates who fail to carry their admit card will not be allowed to appear for the exam.  Candidates should keep their admit card even after the exam is over. The admit card will be required for the counselling process as part of important documents. Therefore, candidates must keep the original copy of admit card that they carried with them on the day of examination. They should not tamper it or write anything on it as it will be verified during the counselling process.

In many cases, candidates who are awaiting their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination results are eligible to apply for the Lloyd Law Entrance Test (LET). However, admission to the programme may be contingent on meeting the minimum educational qualifications once the results are officially declared.

Colleges and universities often provide a provision for provisional admission or conditional admission to candidates who have appeared for their 10+2 exams but have not yet received their results. To be eligible for such provisional admission, candidates typically need to:

1. Complete the Application: Fill out the LET application form and provide all the necessary information and documents, including details of the 10+2 examination you have appeared for.

2. Provide Proof of Appearing: Some institutions may require you to provide proof of having appeared for the 10+2 examination. This can include a copy of your admit card or an official document from the examination board.

3. Meet Minimum Qualification: Once the 10+2 results are declared, candidates must meet the minimum qualification criteria specified in the admission brochure. This typically involves securing the minimum required percentage or CGPA.

4. Submit Final Results: After receiving your 10+2 results, you will need to submit the official mark sheet or certificate to the college as part of the admission process.

It's crucial to check the specific admission guidelines and provisions outlined by Lloyd Law College for the academic year in which you plan to apply for LET. These provisions may vary from year to year, so refer to the most recent admission brochure or contact the college's admission department for detailed information regarding provisional admission and the submission of final results.

The minimum educational qualifications required to be eligible for the Lloyd Law Entrance Test (LET) for the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Laws (BA LL.B.) programs include the following criteria:

1. For Five-Year Integrated BA LL.B. Program:

• Candidates should have completed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognised board or institution.
• A minimum percentage or CGPA requirement may be specified in the admission criteria, and it may vary from year to year. Commonly, candidates are required to have secured a certain percentage (e.g., 45% or above) in their 10+2 examination to be eligible.
• SC and ST category candidates need a minimum of 42% to be eligible for Lloyd LET

2. For Three-Year LL.B. Program:

• Candidates should typically have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution.
• As with the five-year program, a minimum percentage or CGPA requirement may be specified, and candidates are usually required to have secured a certain percentage (e.g., 45% or above) in their bachelor's degree.
• The minimum percentage that SC and ST category candidates need in their qualifying to apply for  LLB through Lloyd LET is 42%.

Please note that Lloyd LET is only conducted for those candidates in the 3-year or 5-year LLB course who score less than 60% in their qualifying and have not appeared in any other significant law entrance exam.

Candidates will not be allowed to enter the AILET exam centre after reporting time. Thus, candidates must ensure they reach their exam centre on time. Candidates cannot change their AILET exam centre if they are late. They will have to take the test at the allotted AILET exam centre 2024 only which is why, it is important to download the AILET admit card as soon as it releases. Candidates get ample time to make arrangements for the exam day, if their test centre is far off.

The reporting time will be mentioned in every candidate's admit card. Candidates must also note that they can take the exam only at the centre mentioned on their AILET admit card. They will not be allowed to enter the exam centre at any other exam venue. Thus, they must check the location of their exam centre before the exam day so that they know the requirements to reach the location on time on the exam day.
