You can always apply to good private institutions, forms are not an issue there. Also the CUET this year forms are not out, so you can fill those out if you want to get admission in DU or Jamia law or BHU law

Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level.
