To be eligible for admission to an LL.B. Programme in India, the college or university offering the programme must be approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). Therefore, all colleges or universities offering LL.B. Programs must have the approval of the BCI to be able to grant LL.B. Degrees to their students.
