Hello,
The eligibility criteria for LLB is having 45-50% marks. If you convert CGPA and meet this score it is okay. Otherwise, you can do 5 year LLB. On the basis of class 12th score, but you need percentage and not CGPA.

Yes, you have to sit in the CLAT exam for getting admission into national law universities or you can give individual exams like BHU CET, IPU CET JMI, AMU, and AILET for admission in other law colleges. You can also apply to private colleges on the basis of CLAT score or individually.

Llyod law college is a fair college for law. It gives you placement and has good faculty and other facilities. The 5yr course is more popular than the 3year course and being bent towards it would be natural, although this expression is unclear to me.

You are eligible to do law, but it does not seems like PRSU offers a 3year law after graduation, which is the only course you can pursue after you graduate and before graduation i.e. after class 12th it is 5 year integrated law. There is entrance test conducted by PRSU for admission. Second point, this year's entrance test has been conducted, and so you will have to wait for a year more. You should see DU, if it is still open for LLB, where also you have to give entrance. Please check these links:
