You can do part time law. But, you will not be allowed to practice law, i.e you will not get the license to be a lawyer and stand in court. So, if you want to pursue law for knowledge, then you can check out institutes which offer part time law degree. All the best.

Hi,
Yes, you can take admission in 3 years LL.B. Course without having to appear for entrance exam. There are colleges who offer admission on the merit basis. LL.B. Is a 3 years long course which has started to be replaced by B.A. LL.B. Course which is 5 years long. Most colleges these days are preferring to offer B.A. LL.B. Course to the candidates which can be taken after completing 12th standard. It is mandatory to appear for entrance exam for B.A. LL.B. Course. The name of entrance exam is CLAT. As mentioned by Shivam, you can start with solving previous year questions and can use Universal (or any trusted publisher's) guide to brush up on static GK and practice other sections of the test.

After Higher Secondary, you are eligible for 5 year integrated courses offered by various National Law University schools (NLUs), and other Private Institutes. For around 21 NLUs you can take the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) for national Law School Delhi. For colleges in Maharashtra there is a Common Entrance Test as well. If you already have a graduation degree you are also eligible for 3 year LLB Courses.
