Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LL.B. Course through distance mode.

You can refer Universal. Each year CLAT has something new in the store. So no one can predict it. But generally, the questions are from current issues. So for English, GK and some legal, follow a good newspaper religiously. For maths and LR, practice as much as you can.

While pursuing for civil judge exams or any exams related to judiciary, the only requirement is that you have qualified as a law student from any college affiliated to BCI. So, try to get a law degree from any middle tier law college and then start preparing for judiciary.
