Hi,You can go for your Ph.D. from a college which would give you good guide as well as aids for further research. You can also browse some college sites which clearly state all details of admission criteria. Like I know the web site of LPU which would inform you the eligibility for a course, admission criteria as well as the scholarship for which you would be eligible including the scholarships it offers to aid education in such grim conditions of covid. No you can not pursue. The LL.B. Course required the minimum 75% of attendance in order to become eligible for end semesters exams. Further your department will officially not allow you to pursue the regular LL.B. Course.

The BCI conducts the All India Bar Examination to check the eligibility of law graduates to practice law in India. AIBE is a certification exam which is mandatory for law graduates in the country in order to be able to practice law. Candidates qualifying in AIBE XV will be issued the COP which is instrumental for practicing law in any court established in India.
