No. you cannot. LL.B. is a professional degree run and directed as per the guidelines of Bar council of India. It is a 3 year degree course. You have to complete it in the way guided by BCI.

L.L.B. Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Yes, you can do. The eligibility criteria of LLB (3 Years) course is given below. Education qualification: Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Graduation (any stream) or equivalent. 5% of marks are relax able to reserved category candidates. The admission in LLB are based on Entrance test conducted by University/College or ISAT.
