I would suggest you opt for the Lucknow campus via UPSEE as you will get a wide exposure and chance of internships, keep Noida as the second option.

Domicile certificate is for showing which state you belong i.e. where you reside. Lucknow and Allahabad is in the same state. So, it is not necessary to show. But, however it is dependent on college whether they ask for it or not. UP domicile certificate is needed for college outside of the state.

You might get the college but getting CS in the first round of counselling could be difficult but you will definitely get the CSE branch with ease.

No, you can't get IET at this rank, but you can get another government MBA colleges, like Institute of Co-operative & Corporate Management, Research and Training, Lucknow, Indira Gandhi Sahkari Prabandh Sansthan, Lucknow.

No, you don't need to crack UPTU. You can get direct admission in SRMU.

Go for Ram Swarup College. It has a better placement cell.
