Greetings,  

DAV College Abohar is better than Lyallpur Khalsa College for BCA. 

According to various aspects such as infrastructure, placement records, academic records etc., various students have rated DAV college greater than that of Lyallpur Khalsa college but their officiak ratings are same ( 3.9 out of 5 ).

Lyallpur Khalsa College of Engineering has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed Diploma in relevant stream from a recognised Institute.
After 10th DiplomaCandidate must have passed 10th standard/SSC examination from any recognised board/council.
BHMCTCandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board.
