Every university has different policies. You won't need to appear for all exams for sure but you will have to re-appear for the subject you failed in. The month in which you will have to appear will be conveyed by the university.

I suggest you to do it from a reputed university or college. The college you pursue your higher studies will give the employer an idea on how quality of knowledge you have acquired. It sometimes matters from where you have studied. It is always suggested to research the best colleges around you and see the ranking, placements and then apply in order to not find difficult to find a job after your graduation. All the best.

For pursuing CA you only need +2 level in academics. This is for being able to give the entrance examination. Sit for Common Proficiency Course (CPC). Exams are conducted twice in a year, May and Nov. Once you pass you are enrolled as a Student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and on your way to a CA degree. Refer for detailed and step-by-step guides. All the best and you're always welcome for any doubts.
