This is the eligibility requried B.Ed with aggregate 50%. You can do a Masters Education without a B.Ed. You just need a first degree. However, admission requirements differ from university to university. However, to answer your question more directly, no you do not need a B.Ed to do a M.Ed. Click on the link to know more about M. You are eligible to apply for M.Ed, but I'm not sure whether there is distance learning for that course. It's better to seek full-time in any institute for 2 years as it would be highly beneficial.
