Yes, Some institutions offer specialisation options in certain sports (e.g., football, cricket, basketball) or in specific fields like sports psychology, sports medicine, or sports management. You can choose your area of interest during the course of study, depending on the offerings of the university.

Even an M.P.Ed can be pursued through distance learning, which is increasingly offered by most universities and institutions. Students like this type of flexibility in learning that gives students the liberty to learn at their own leisure and pace, ideal for a student unable to enroll for classes conducted in a regular campus environment. .

Important considerations

Eligibility: The eligibility criteria vary from institute to institute. In any case, you will require a bachelor's degree in physical education or any allied field.

Okay so you are curious about B.P.Ed and M.P.Ed courses. I'll give you a brief for both courses so that you are well informed and make the right choice. B.P.Ed is a 3 to 4 year UG course that is all about sports and fitness training, exercise science and pedagogy. You can become a physical education teacher at schools, gym trainers and fitness instructors.

M.P.Ed is a 2 year program where you can further specialize in any of the areas like sports management, exercise physiology and sports rehabilitation. You can explore some advanced roles like university lecturers, sports administrators, advanced fitness trainers, etc.

Yes, placements for M.P.Ed at College of Physical Education Bharati Vidyapeeth are good. This statement can be justified by comparing the fees structure and the placement package. The placements of any institutes are called "good" just by seeing the return on investment. The total tution fees for this 2 year PG course is INR 1.4 Lakh and the average package offered to students is IINR 6.5 LPA. This is a quite good package and almost 87% of the total batch get placed every year. So overall the placements are good and this institutes is recommended for M.P.Ed.
