It doesn't matter whether you are a repeater or a fresher because the eligibility criteria require a minimum 50% in your under graduation degree with no backlogs so work hard and pass out with at least 50 %. Good luck!

Hi Ritika, BDS doctors are dentists. They can't treat anything other than the ORAL CAVITY. You'll find your patients only in urban areas. Patients only go for BDS guys if they want something specific of Oral Cavity and such cases are very rare. So The Scope of Good & Regular earning is limited to Metro Cities. B. PHARM is a good course and has lots of scope. You can bag in M. PHARM from a big brand medical college and voila you are off to good pharmaceutical jobs as well as pharma co vigilance. I will recommend you to go for microbiology because you can fetch a better scope from the same in India. Though biotechnology is on a boom these days and AMU is quite a renowned university, if you choose this you won't regret it too for sure but a while ago biotechnology was in recession.

Self-Financing Scheme - those students who would like to fully finance their studies, stay and meet all other expenses by themselves.
And the Other Category is for the Students who will avail scholarships / Bank Education Loans etc.
The Students selected through Merit (they might get the scholarships of some amount, rest amount will be self-financed or education loan).

It's good as it is a government college the labs are very well-equipped. There is coaching for sports and games. Even there is training for NCC. The canteen food is not so good. The hostel is not available for first-year students and rooms aren't so good.
